Who we are

What we collect

Enquiry form

The type of enquiry you choose, your name and phone number and, if you give them, your email address and a message.

Updates form

The email address you ask us to send new guides and reports to.

Context sent with a form

The page you sent it from, the language of the site, campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source) and the website that referred you. These are kept in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab, and sent only if you submit a form.

Abuse protection

To limit repeated submissions, we count form submissions per visitor over a ten-minute window using a one-way, salted hash of the IP address. The website does not store your IP address itself.

Server logs

Our hosting provider processes standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the website.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss it with you.
• To send you new guides and reports, if you asked for them.
• To protect the website and its forms from abuse.
• To understand which pages and campaigns lead to enquiries.

Who processes it

Submissions are delivered to our team by service providers we use for email and for managing enquiries, and the website is hosted by a cloud hosting provider. They process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal data.

Maps and cookies

The website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The office map is not loaded until you choose to load it; when you do, it is provided by Google, which receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. Links to WhatsApp and to external websites are governed by those services’ own policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep proper business records. Requests to receive updates are kept until you ask us to stop.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or stop receiving updates, by emailing partners@nli.ae.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
